Designing 3D Titles
Chariotdrive worked closely with Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s Hit Record, on the post-production of this YouTube Originals special.
We picked up the reigns from the creative team at Hit Record, offering design, 3D animation, titles, compositing, beautification and color grade. We colored and finished the show in Davinci Resolve producing DNX HQX masters, Prores 422HQ for YouTube and the DCP for the premiere at SXSW in Austin.
The 3D animations were built in Blender and composited in Blackmagic Fusion.
Our Process
MIRO & TELEGRAM
We used a collaborative process to work through the project. All stakeholders had access to an online project board which was continuously updated throughout the project. Realtime communication was achieved using Telegram.
