Martine is equal parts, storyteller, and problem solver. She learned the nuts and bolts of storytelling from studying creative writing and literature at UC Berkeley and got a crash course on problem-solving while working as an Assistant Editor on the Emmy-Award winning documentary series, Making a Murderer.
As an editor, she brings this one-two punch of art + craft to every project, no matter the genre or scope.
Martine Charnow has edited on three seasons of YouTube Red’s flagship original series, Escape the Night, cut content for brands like Google, Lyft and I Heart Radio, and worked with non-profits like One Vote at a Time, K9 Youth Alliance and She Sees to help them tell their stories.
